Despite the global economic crisis the 21st exhibition has become a very high quality event, with the unchangeable number of visitors compared to 2009. MIPIM-2010 received 17 300 (17685 in 2009) visitors from 81 (79) countries and 1 720 (1 871 in 2009) companies presented their exposure.
The International Professional Exhibition of Commercial Real Estate MIPIM, the largest and the most authoritative and representative investment forum in Europe will be held on in Cannes (France) from 16 to 19 March.
On 3 and 4 December a delegation of representatives of business circles in the Turkish Republic led by the Trade Representative of Turkey in Russia, Atilloi Kizilarslan, visited Krasnodar.
From 30 November to 3 December 2009 a delegation of Danish businessmen led by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark in the Russian Federation Per Carlsen visited Krasnodar Region.
The official Krasnodar Region delegation took part for the fourth time in the work of the International Economic Forum in St Petersburg. This year the key theme for discussion by world leaders was setting up a post-crisis world financial architecture. In the conditions of the global economic crisis heads of states and regions in Russia, leading economists and winners of the Nobel Prize developed practical recommendations to stabilise the world economy.
The programme will include not only official events attended by the President of the Republic of Finland, but an exhibition of achievements by industry in Cebu, meetings with Finnish business circles, and presentations of promising investment and business projects by Russian businesses and organisations.
The second day of the Russian-Italian Forum took place in the regions. One of the five most promising business routes brought the Italian delegation led by the First Secretary of the Embassy of Italy in Moscow, Lorenzo Fanara, to Krasnodar Region.
From 10 to 13 March 2009 the world exhibition for real estate professionals will take place in Cannes. At the exhibition Russia will enjoy large scale and bright representation. For the first time there will be a special section dedicated to Russian displays (2700 m2), along the perimeter of the Cannes marina.
At the current time business relations between Russia and Uganda are developing at the level of regional business structures.
Activity by the leaders of Uganda is creating favourable conditions for development of investment activity in the country. There are promising projects which could be of interest to investors of Krasnodar Region.
