MIPIM-2010 and MIPIM Horizons: two in one
The International Professional Exhibition of Commercial Real Estate MIPIM, the largest and the most authoritative and representative investment forum in Europe will be held on in Cannes (France) from 16 to 19 March.
This key event in the real estate will put together for 4 days the greatest industry participants – from designers of the territory development concept to investors and end users. The main aim of MIPIM visit is getting maximum useful information, new helpful contacts and minimum difficulties in the organization of productive meetings with important people.
This year the organizers of the exhibition for the first time are planning to combine MIPIM and MIPIM Horizons, that represents the commercial real estate of the developing regions. Both exhibitions will focus on intensively developing countries and will be really effective start for the industry issues discussion.
Experts notice that in the developing business the great changes concerning the structure of the project financing and complicating the search for borrowing have occurred. MIPIM in the current economic conditions will allow exhibitors to analyze the situation in the industry, develop new strategies and understand trends in the real estate market.
