Another important component of international cooperation is introduction of the latest foreign technologies in the businesses of Krasnodar Region
Belorechenskii District is introducing Dutch technology and equipment from the CFS firm in carrying out a project to construct an intensive meat processing plant.
A new bottling line and a new production shop were opened in the Interagrosistemi firm. With new Austrian equipment at the business being brought into use the latest stage has been completed in the programme to develop the Viko trade mark, aimed at optimising the range and quality of the juices and fruit drinks produced.
Krymskii District is using Italian technology in construction of a factory to process timber (Darvut), land is being cultivated according to Italian technology with the drip irrigation method in the village of Novoukrainskii in Krymskii District (ItalAgro), Italian equipment is being used in setting up a line for processing vegetables and production of vegetable purees in the village of Varenikovskaya in Krymskii District (Frut-AS), and a wine producing factory is under construction with French technology in the village of Sadovii in Krymskii District (Avrora).
Kuschevskii District is also introducing Italian technology and equipment in reconstruction of purifying installations and extension of production facilities (Laika), Danish technology in reconstruction of the Zernosovkhoz Kuschevskii pig farm, and German technology in construction of a farm to raise cattle Arteks- Agro, DVV-Agro and Voskhod.
Tbilisskii District is carrying out reconstruction of production facilities in the soy processing complex using equipment and technology by the Insta-Pro International company (USA) for a line to process soy beans into oil and oil cake with introduction of extruders for quick heat processing of soy beans and further pressing out of extruded soy on presses (Tsentr Soya). It is also noted that a problem in the field of external economic activity for Tsentr Soya is getting permission to import raw materials from abroad. Also in Tbiliskii District the Agrofirma Kavkaz company is building a pig farming complex using credit from Rosselkhhozbank as part of the national Developing Agriculture Programme, using German feeding technology from the Big Dutchman firm. At the current time contracts are being agreed with this firm for delivery of equipment to the farm.
The Tekhada company in Pavlovskii District, producing fruit and vegetable preserves, is introducing equipment from Unimatik KFT company (Hungary) for sweet corn and green pea processing.
The Mosstroi-31 Yug company, also in Pavlovskii District, is introducing equipment from Hirscy and Kurtz GmbH (Germany) for production of styrofoam, polytherm, and non-removable formwork.
Idevit company (Istanbul) is investing in several projects in the town of Armavir;
- Construction of a ceramics factory (co-investor is the Industrialnii Soyuz Donbassa, Donetsk, Ukraine), investment totals 2688.5 million rubles, and the project is to be completed in 2010.
- Construction of the Armpak paper factory (co-investor is the Industrialnii Soyuz Donbassa, Donetsk, Ukraine), investment totals 2837 million rubles, and the project is to be completed in 2010.
- Construction of 4 star hotels (co-investor is the Industrialnii Soyuz Donbassa, Donetsk, Ukraine), investment totals 540 million rubles, and the project is to be completed in 2010.
With the aim of promoting investment opportunities Primorsko-Akhtarskii District has created a website for its Administration (www.prahtarsk.ru) where information is provided on all turnkey investment projects. As a result of information given on this site the Administration of the District received more than 20 proposals in 2007 to realise projects.
