On 20 January Russian exposition at the International exhibition "Green Week-2012" began its work in Berlin

Agriculture Minister Yelena Skrynnik visited the opening ceremony of the Russian stand. According to her words, one of the critical problems in Russia is sharing of best technologies to attract new partners in and out of domestic products in international agricultural market.

According to Elena Skrynnik, Russian stand is traditionally one of the largest national stands at this exhibition. It is expected to sign 224 agreements worth 6.5 billion euros, including the planned 9 international agreements in the field of animal breeding, seed production, logistics development and amelioration.

She also noted that the level of preparation for the exhibition of the regions this year is even higher than usual. She appreciated progressive regions, including the Krasnodar Region for participating.

Enterprises of the Krasnodar region, Moscow region, Tatarstan, Stavropol region, Tambov, Kirov, Rostov, and others presented their production in the Exhibition Centre Messe Berlin. Total 22 regions of Russia participated in “Green Week – 2012”.

Visitors of the Russian pavilion have the opportunity to taste and buy the best Russian products: Kuban wines, cheese, sausage and rice, Krasnodar tea, Bashkir honey and Siberian cedar nuts, Kamchatka caviar and other.

Pavilion of the Krasnodar region welcomed the first visitors of the exhibition. Kuban was always famous for its hospitality. Impressively massive, informative and colorful stand of the Krasnodar region was located at the entrance to the pavilion. Minister of Agriculture of Russia Elena Skrynnik was treated with collectible champagne Abrau-Durso "Imperial Vintage", yellow tea "Grand Prix" by Anatoly Pogadaev and confectionery "Kuban".
