Krasnodar region will take part in XXI International exhibition of commercial real estate MIPIM
The tenth visit of Krasnodar region delegation at MIPIM this year will be jubilee!
«In 2001 Kuban, Moscow and St. Petersburg began their participation in the worldwide real estate exhibition for all Russian regions in Cannes», - recalled Herman Gref, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, opening the exposition of Krasnodar Region at MIPIM in 2007.
In 2001 Kuban signed 28 investment agreements totaling to 1.5 billion euros. The result of participation of the Krasnodar region delegation at the worldwide commercial real estate exhibition MIPIM-2008 were more than 50 investment agreements worth more than 4 billion euros. Even during the crisis in 2009 Krasnodar region achieved great results at MIPIM: over 40 agreements to the amount of more than 1,8 billion euros!
The main goal of participation of Kuban delegation at MIPIM besides the development of mutually beneficial international cooperation in the sector of commercial real estate market is attracting investment to the region.
