Born on March 4, 1979 in Volgograd.
In 2001 graduated from the Kuban State Agrarian University with the speciality of “World economy”.
From October 2000 – Economist-Accountant of the ZAO “Inter”.
From May 2001 – Regional Merchandiser of the ZAO “TK Vimm-Bil-Dann Branch in Krasnodar”.
From October 2001 – Leading Specialist of the Division for Registration, Examination, Monitoring of Investment Projects and Information Analysis Support of the Department of Investments and External Economic Links of Krasnodar Region.
From June 2002 - Leading Specialist of the Division for Investment Programs and Projects of the Department for Economic Development, Investments and External Links of Krasnodar Region.
From July 2004 – Chief Specialist of the Division for Investment Development and Consulting of the Department for Economic Development, Investments and External Links of Krasnodar Region.
