Born in 1964.
In 1986 graduated from the Krasnodar Polytechnic Institute awarded with the Order of the Labor Red Banner (Krasnodar).
In 1986 started labor experience at the experimental-mechanical factory “Mekhpromstroy”.
From 1988 until 1990 occupied the position of the Second Secretary of Prikubansky RC VLKSM of Krasnodar.
From 1990 until 1991 – Chief of the Department for external economic links of the Krasnodar mirror-furniture industrial complex of Krasnodar.
In 1993 graduated from the All-Russia Academy for Foreign Trade awarded with the Order of Peoples’ Friendship (Moscow), speciality “International economic relations”. Speaks English and Greek.
From 1993 until 1995 – General Director of the Russian-American Joint Company “Windsor”.
1995-2003 – Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Greece.
05.2003 - 08.2003 – Chief of the Department of International Contacts and Protocol of the Administration of Krasnodar Region.
08.2003 - 01.08.2005 – Deputy Chief of the Department for Economic Development, Investments and External Links of Krasnodar Region.
From 01.08.2006 – Chief of the Department for Foreign Economic Activity of Krasnodar Region.
Married; the father of two daughters.
