From 17 to 18 March 2011 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Russia Mr. Gaston Stronk visited Krasnodar
The purpose of the visit was a meeting with representatives of the executive authorities of the Krasnodar Region Administration. The question to discuss was cooperation development of the Krasnodar Region and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as common participation in the seminar "Luxembourg is a financial center".
During the visit Mr. Stronk met with the Deputy Head of the Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Region Ivan Peronko, heads of the executive power of the Krasnodar Region and the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Krasnodar Region Yuri Tkachenko.
On 18 March 2011 the Ambassador spoke to the students of the Kuban State University.
