Signing of agreements with foreign states at the level of heads of the Administration of Krasnodar Region is an indicator of the activeness and effectiveness of the activities of the region in the international arena. Establishment of a legislative base, economic relations, and cooperation in the scientific technical, cultural and humanitarian spheres has been stimulating development of mutually beneficial partnership over many years.
The positive dynamic of concluding agreement conclusion by the Administration of Krasnodar Region with territorial administrative authorities of foreign states over recent years bears witness to the activation of the external economic activity of the Region and the attractiveness of its investment potential.
